The issue is that some of the people who do abuse it are so incredibly blatant. They get away with more because they are actively scamming the system. I drive a 325. we have 2 Britax Marathons installed so neither is in the center, DS (dear son) 1 who is 3 sits behind the driver (DH is 6 3 so that seat needs to be able to go all the way back) DS (dear son) 2 who is 11 mo sits behind the passenger RF.
